There is yet to be the day when I will finally get over Buffy and join the normal human beings in society, but until than...humor me. Fellow Buffy star Sarah Michelle Gellar has decided to come back to the television world after her "prosperous" years jumbling in feature film. I would say its a positive career move on her part because she will be the lead role in an HBO series named, The Wonderful Maladys. The show is centered around three older siblings who are dysfunctional after dealing with the lose of both their parents at a young age. So almost Party of Five minus two. Will be able to catch this one seeing as I'll be home by late August.

The show is created by Charles Randolph and will begin shooting its pilot this month. So look out for it soon if your one of the few people who has HBO.

Buffy's back to Sunnydale?

No you idiot that obviously wouldn't be possible since its been obliterated. But I could see how you would think that since Buffy never dies as long as there is Buffyverse. A BtVs animated series for kids, picking up in the beginning of the series, has been leaked onto the web to test drive before possibly being picked up. This is common of Joss Whedon to do because of his past Internet following of Dr. Horrible. The scubbies are back! All the original cast voices minus Sarah Michelle Gellar. Love her I do, but sometimes I think she needs to embrace Buffyverse a lil more often. Alyson Hannigan could find the time to voice the show besides the fact that she is now starring in the successful show How I Met Your Mother. Also congrats to Alyson for her new baby girl!Everything appears the same, cheesy dialogue and more: "There are things in the dark. Dark things." So I am happy to say that I will tame

Buffy 'going through the motions' again in an animated version.

Ever felt like everyone takes your ideas?

I do. Let me explain my frustration...

After I finished reading the Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles,

I thought I would 'sink my teeth' into the Anita Blake Series since it resembled

my good friend Buffy minus the tan and blond hair.

To my surprise it was entertaining because it featured more than vampires,
and Anita tends to turn down vampires in the relationship department. I guess that means
I can't swoon over a circa Billy Idol, bleach blond Vampire with a stalker fetish *cough Spike cough* Oh well the on edge of your seat predicaments are entertaining enough for me at the moment.

So as I finished her first book in the series: Guilty Pleasures, I realized how great this would be to adapt into a television series. As I contemplated there was this realizing fact that at the time being there is a huge surge of vampire entertainment. I'm not going to name one obvious one that I hope you can eliminate, but there is also another Television series out by the great Alan Ball called True Blood. And if you haven't seen it I highly recommend it.

Looking at this list I decided I would wait until this frenzy died down before I willfully put myself in front of producers to pitch this jaw-dropping idea. Now here comes the beating. To my dismay I came across a concept document that presented this very idea and looking further into it, in complete shock, I found that a network had already agreed to pick it up. After I proceeded to freak out I than calmed down and remembered that I was a humble person. And that I will soon be able to watch another piece of vampire entertainment that... I THOUGHT OF!
